I'm Just a Girl

As a girl, I've grown up with society's expectations weighing heavily on my shoulders. From beauty standards to career choices, it seems like there's always someone telling me what I should be doing. But the truth is, I just want to be okay. I want to exist, without apology, and forge my own path.

I dream of reaching the top of my field, not to prove anyone wrong, but to prove to myself that I'm capable. And then, I want to retire early, on my own terms. I want to live life on my own schedule, not bound by the traditional 9-to-5.

But here's the thing: I'm not alone. I know there are others out there who feel the same way. So, I ask you: what do you want to do that's outside the norm? What expectations are you tired of living up to?

Let's break free from the mold and create our own paths. Let's be okay with being different and celebrate our individuality. Share your stories, your dreams, and your desires. Let's rise above the noise and be the change we want to see.

What's your outside-the-norm dream? Share with me in the comments!
