<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>Who cares what they say?</strong></p><p>I used to think I was a timid person. You know, the type who prefers to blend into the background, avoiding attention like the plague. But deep down, I knew the truth. I wasn't timid; I was just terrified of what people would say.</p><p><br></p><p>As I walked down the street, I'd catch myself imagining the worst. "She's wearing those shoes again. Doesn't she know they're so last season?" or "Look at that haircut. What was she thinking?" The voices in my head were relentless, and I couldn't shake them off.</p><p><br></p><p>But one day, something shifted. I was sitting in my quiet space, reflecting on my life, when it hit me: even if I looked my absolute best, people would still find something to complain about. It's like they say: "You can't please everyone, so you might as well please yourself."</p><p><br></p><p>A weight lifted off my shoulders as I realized the truth. I didn't have to be a slave to other people's opinions. I could be me, unapologetically, without fear of judgment.</p><p><br></p><p>I remembered a conversation I had with a friend, where I confessed to being timid. She looked at me with a knowing glint in her eye and said, "You're not timid, you're just afraid of what people will say." I brushed it off at the time, but now I saw the wisdom in her words.</p><p><br></p><p>As I walked down the street the next day, I felt a newfound sense of freedom. I didn't care what people thought about my outfit or my hair. I didn't care if they approved of my choices or not. I was me, and that was enough.</p><p><br></p><p>Of course, it wasn't easy. The voices in my head still piped up from time to time, trying to get me to doubt myself. But I was ready for them. I'd whisper back, "Who cares what they think?"</p><p><br></p><p>It's been a journey of self-discovery, and I'm still learning. But one thing is certain: I'm no longer held back by the fear of what others think.</p><p><br></p><p>So, to anyone who's struggling with the same fears, I say this: who cares what they think? Be you, unapologetically. Wear those shoes, get that haircut, and own it. Because in the end, it's not about what others think; it's about what you think of yourself.</p><p><br></p><p>And if you're lucky, you might just discover that you're more than enough, just as you are.</p>

1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
