You know this popular phrase, Man proposes, God disposes... I believe that this is the way I have lived my life until now.

Even when I have come to know how to seek God's face for all decisions, I have always been humbled to come back to the state where I say Jesus take the wheel.

No, not in the sense that I don't plan for my life or I don't set goals but I have seen enough to give room for flexibility and unplanned situations beyond my control to change the gear of my trajectory.

I have always looked forward to life as an adult; a laboratory scientist producing drugs and making ground breaking research to solve health problems. I have looked forward to travelling to at least 3 continents before I am 25 years, authored more than 10 books and married with 4 children 😁.

Seemed like a big dream, right? It wasn't for my younger self who thought life is all good when planned and we stick to the plans. But early enough, I was made to see that life is mostly unplanned and adulthood is a journey no one ever prepared us for.

Working as an Executive Assistant to an Education Researcher and planning to do MBA with a major in Management Consulting felt like a dream shambled and rearranged.

Single in my late twenties and never left the shores of the country gave me reasons to believe that I was unprepared for next scene written by my Director.

But in all of this, do you know what fuels my hope and keeps me going after all? It is that even though, I do not know tomorrow, I know the one who knows tomorrow and my trajectory might have changed from whom I desired to be but in retrospect, everything is still working together for my good.

Life may be unplanned but I know that my life has been planned before I was born and I am only following the script.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
