It speaks through the body—through attraction, curiosity, and desire. It wants closeness now. It focuses on how someone looks, how they make you feel in the moment, how fast the heart can race. Lust can be exciting, even overwhelming, but it is usually short-lived. When the spark fades, lust often fades with it.</p><p><br/></p><p>Love is quieter and deeper. It grows with time. Love sees beyond appearances and stays even when things are not perfect. It is patient, kind, and thoughtful. Love cares about safety, respect, and growth. It asks, Are you okay? not just Do I want you? Love chooses, again and again, even on ordinary days.</p><p><br/></p><p>Sometimes lust pretends to be love. It can make someone stay when they are not treated well, confusing intensity with care. And sometimes love includes attraction—but it never forgets respect. Love does not rush, pressure, or hurt. It does not take more than it gives.</p><p><br/></p><p>Understanding the difference matters. Lust can start a story, but love is what keeps it meaningful. Lust says, I want you. Love says, I value you.</p><p><br/></p><p>Both are human feelings. But only love has the strength to last, to heal, and to grow alongside you. I still get confused maybe it's lust I feel or love </p>
