Midnight musing

Nighttime is supposed to be peaceful,But for most of us, it's a different story. As soon as our head hit the pillow , our mind start racing. One minute you are about to drift off, and the next, your brain will be like, "Hey, let's unpack every single thing".one minute I'm exhausted, the next I'm replaying conversations and regrets. It's like a thug of war. The brain treats nighttime like a quiet lab.For me, nighttime is a time of reflection. I replay conversations and events from the day, thinking about what I could have done differently. It's a time for self doubt and criticism.

It's like your mind way of processing the day, but it feels like it's hijacking your chill time but admit the chaos, I've found a silver lining. These thoughts are shaping me. They are not just noise, they are growth in progress.
