MY DREAM WORLD and REALITY

Struck by the sleeping arrow of the night,Far into the world of another,Which receives me with open arms,Giving me what reality refuses to give. Dream world, a place of fantasy,A place where my fantasies come alive,Where my wish is a command,Where my desire is a priority. With reality every reward is earned,Your sweat and hard work are the key to survival.Reality pushes man to his feet,It makes you understand that Life itself is hard. The dream world rewards you with what you cannot get in real world.A realm where hard work does not count,but gives comfort for free.Like a magician who makes wishes come true,The best friend a man can ever have. I sometimes find more peace in my dreams than real life,Whenever i experience the unfriendly nature of life,The dream world receives me,And pats my head like a mother patting the head of her newborn child. Reality is a man's worst enemy, Society today is a man's second enemy,The high expectations placed on us,And the fear of letting down those who trust in us. In my dream world, responsibility has no voice.The dream world is like the good old days of childhood, When my only responsibility is to eat, play and sometimes dream about what I wanted to become in future.Now I understand why my father sit in silence back then, staring at reality. Sometimes in my dream world, thinking that the Creator has answered my prayers,Providing for me all I ever wanted, my desires.Thinking that reality has lost is grip on me,Then the cock's loud crow at early dawn woke me back to reality, where duty call's and then it hit me that reality cannot be escaped. Growing up as a child, I never knew that there is a stage in my life that reality will slap me hard and drag me out of my comfort zone into the real world.Actually I never saw this coming, has a child have always wanted to grow up quickly to see what is out there, I thought life will go as planned I no no say life be get another plan for me ooI woke up this morning the first thing I did was to hiss, it was so loud that my roommate have to ask "guy watin happen" because I don't know what reality has planned for me today.
