<p>"One of the hardest things you’ll ever do is choose yourself in a world that constantly tells you to prove your value to others. From childhood, we’re taught to seek approval through grades, appearance, popularity, relationships, achievements. We're trained to chase validation like it's a prize, to stay in rooms where we’re not respected just to feel seen, to shrink our voices so others feel comfortable, to love people who barely show up for us, just so we don’t feel alone. But one day, you begin to feel it the quiet discomfort in pleasing everyone but yourself. The ache of pouring endlessly into others while being left empty. The weight of pretending you're okay just to keep the peace. And in that discomfort, something awakens: the realization that your worth was never meant to be proven, only recognized.</p><p>You start to outgrow the conversations that don’t nourish you. The friendships that drain more than they give. The situations that demand too much and offer too little. You begin to crave depth, peace, and purpose over noise, drama, or attention. You stop begging to be chosen and start choosing yourself. And in that shift, you reclaim your power—not because you became more, but because you finally saw what was always there.</p><p>Healing isn’t always loud. Sometimes it’s found in quiet mornings, in saying no without guilt, in letting go without anger, in learning to be proud of your progress even when no one claps. And growth isn’t always pretty. Sometimes it looks like distance. Like solitude. Like becoming the version of yourself you were once scared of—free, honest, whole.</p><p>So no you don’t owe anyone an explanation for prioritizing your peace. You don’t need permission to be enough. And you don’t have to carry who you were just to make others comfortable. Let them misunderstand you. Let them talk. What matters is that you're finally showing up for the person who matters most: you".</p>
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
