Soup, anyone?
<p>They say take life with a pinch of salt</p><p>But it seems I swallowed the whole bag</p><p>I waited for life to simmer </p><p>But all I got was cold leftovers</p><p><br/></p><p>I was a cold soup left on the counter</p><p>Unbothered, untouched - not to your taste</p><p>It's no surprise I was poured out</p><p>They said I was too much, too salty, I guess</p><p><br/></p><p>Working so hard for that daily bread</p><p>So I could enjoy my tea and bread</p><p>I dressed my wounds in honey</p><p>Still, I wasn't sweet enough </p><p><br/></p><p>Since, my soup is too salty </p><p>And my tea isn't sweet</p><p>I hope I have enough flour </p><p>To make the whole bakery.</p><p><br/></p><p>~Estrella🥀</p>
