Texts that died on a hill

Do you know that I gave up on every friendship, but I can’t find it in me to give up on us? I think of you as my blood, someone I hold dearly in my soul. So when you said we should live away from each other, it really hurt.

You are a big part of my life, literally my soulmate, and I sincerely apologize for how I treated and disrespected you. But I don’t think what happened was enough reason to end our bond.

We have plans and goals together, and I really believe it goes both ways. Is this just a normal high school friendship? It’s not like that to me, and it hurts that you might see it that way.

I think it’s about understanding who we are now, not just who we were. Who we were matters, but we need to respect who we are in the present. And as usual, I texted first—but that’s because I genuinely miss you. Will you come back to me ?

Yeah… good night.
