The door that opened by itself 👻
<p><br/></p><p>It was past midnight, and the house was silent.</p><p>I was lying in bed scrolling through my phone when I heard it ; a creak from the living room.</p><p>At first, I thought it was just the wind.</p><p>Then I heard it again. Louder.</p><p>My heart started racing. I told myself: It’s nothing… just the house settling.</p><p>But curiosity got the better of me. I tiptoed to the living room.</p><p>The door to the balcony was wide open.</p><p>I live on the third floor.</p><p>I froze.</p><p>Then I heard a whisper from the balcony:</p><p>“Finally… you noticed me.”</p><p>I screamed. My cat jumped out of nowhere and ran straight past me.</p><p>Turns out… it was just my little brother, holding a flashlight, trying to prank me for the last hour.</p><p>I collapsed on the couch, laughing… and silently plotting my revenge.🥲</p><p>He has no idea what's coming for him next. I've never been so scared😂.</p><p>He should anticipate my revenge🌚.</p>
