🌙 The MBTI: Four Letters That Change How You See Yourself

Hi, I’m Zeb — someone who’s always been curious about how people think, feel, and move through life.

I’ve spent a lot of time observing others, trying to understand why some people open up easily while others stay guarded… why some chase logic and others follow intuition. Ever wonder why some people thrive in chaos while others need calm?

Why one friend opens up easily and another hides behind silence?

That curiosity led me to the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) — a framework that helps you understand the way your mind naturally moves through the world.

It breaks down into four simple choices:

E / I — Where your energy flows: outward or inward.

S / N — How you see the world: through facts or possibilities.

T / F — How you decide: with logic or with empathy.

J / P — How you live: with structure or with flow.

Mix those together, and you get 16 unique ways of being — 16 stories about how people think, love, lead, and dream. To me, MBTI isn’t a label; it’s a mirror.

It reflects the patterns you didn’t notice — the reasons behind what drains you, inspires you, and shapes your choices. In this series, I’ll explore each of the 16 types — their strengths, struggles, and growth since it’s my first insight am happy to share it all with you ,

Oh I almost forgot to ask, Have you ever felt like your personality type explains things you couldn’t put into words? Share your thoughts — I’m curious how you see it.

At the end of each month, we give out cash prizes to 5 people with the best insights in the past month
as well as coupon points to 15 people who didn't make the top 5, but shared high-quality content.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
