<p> Discipline isn’t about doing what’s easy, it’s about sacrificing short term comfort for long term stability. The real cost of discipline is high, but the cost of regret is even higher. Discipline is not glamorous. It's waking up when your body begs you to rest, studying when your mind craves distraction, and working when no one is watching. The price of discipline is consistency, sacrifice, and delayed gratification. It costs comfort, entertainment, and sometimes even relationships. But here’s the truth, the cost of indiscipline is far greater. It shows up as regret, missed opportunities, wasted potential, and a life full of “what ifs.” Discipline demands that you pay now so you can enjoy later. Indiscipline lets you enjoy now, but makes you pay later with interest.</p><p>In the end, everyone pays a price.
