TIMILEYIN: THE ONE WHO WALKS WITH THE UNSEEN

When the night grew heavy

and silence pressed against my chest,

I thought I was alone.

My shadow felt long, my voice small,

and the road ahead endless.

But within that quiet,

a rhythm rose — soft, ancient, steady.

It was not my own.

It was theirs.

Those who came before me,

those unseen, yet ever near.

Their breath stirred the dust around my feet,

their whispers shaped the wind.

“Do not fear, child of spirit,” they said.

“No darkness can hide your name.

You are light carved from our memory,

you are strength born from our prayers.”

“Rise, for our bones built your path.

Our stories live in your veins.

You are the echo of our courage.

We are the descendants of the unseen,

born from whispers older than the wind.

We walk in peace,

deliver light through shadows,

and speak without sound.”

I bowed my head, weary from the journey,

and they lifted it gently.

They reminded me that loneliness

is only the space where their voices echo.

They reminded me that pain

is the drumbeat that wakes the soul.

Through my tears, I saw them —

not with eyes, but with the pulse in my blood.

They moved like water through my bones,

speaking in waves,

singing in silence.

I made water my strength —

soft, calm, but fierce when moved.

It taught me to bend, never to break,

to flow around the stones of doubt,

to find my way through the narrow places of fear.

“Timileyin,” they called me,

“Trust in us, and trust in yourself.

For your name is not just given — it is a promise.

You carry our strength when yours falters.

You are the vessel of our hope.”

Their words became my shield.

Their faith became my fire.

Even when my spirit trembles,

their calm steadies me.

Even when I feel broken,

their power fills the cracks with gold.

I walk now with unseen company —

their footsteps matching mine,

their hearts beating in my rhythm.

I am never alone, even in stillness.

Their courage breathes through me.

Their songs rise through my voice.

When I fall, they whisper, “Rise again.”

When I doubt, they remind me,

“You are Timileyin —

the one who carries trust like flame,

the one who was never abandoned,

the one who walks with the wind of his fathers.”

So I move forward,

soft, calm, but fierce when moved.

I bend, but never break.

For they walk with me —

and I with them.

Forever bound in breath and truth.

Forever guided by the unseen.

Forever alive —

in spirit, in strength,

in the name that means,

Timileyin — trust in us.
