To love and to be truly loved.
<p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Now you are loving me- but what if I say I don't love you the same?</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Now you call my name every now and then- but what if I don't feel the same?</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">I used to be that girl you loved, but now I disgust you, all of a sudden.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">We thought the bond wouldn't break, but it kept on stretching- and now it's finally broken.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">And then I began to understand that everything in this world has a fake aspect, including love.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Now I'm loving you, but you don't seem to notice me.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">I give you all the attention, but it feels like I'm forcing myself on you.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">You don't see me in that light anymore.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">I no longer have the peace and comfort I felt with you.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Now, whenever I see you,</span></p><p>I feel discomfort, and I am tense.</p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">So I decided to get my power back by not responding to you.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">And I asked myself:</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Why is it that the love is not always equal?</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Why is it that when I begin to love you more,</span></p><p>you begin to love me less?</p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Why is it so easy for you to move on - like everything you showed me wasn't real?</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">Now I act like I'm alright, but I feel the absence of your presence.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">I waited for your return, but I didn't give others a chance.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">And still... you didn't return.</span></p><p>Is it a crime to love and to be truly loved?</p><p><br/></p><p>Oh! What a privilege it is </p><p>to be loved - and to be truly loved.</p>
