To my muse.

The fairest of them all, let the sunset bear witness to this great eternal. For this great one has fallen into what seems to be love—let the sky set light to my radiant, clear path.

Puzzled I was, and more undone than dazzled, as the mirror shattered trying to pick pieces of your ravishing beauty. It just couldn't hold it anymore—its own way of expressing jealousy. Word of you spread beyond my reach, across the world. Who had stolen this great one's heart? The moon was so eager it caused an eclipse for your sake, my muse. How do I put into words? In all I have seen and ever witnessed, you remain a wonder.

The ground quaked hoping you'd feel my heart's rhythm—just for a glimpse of what I feel, that feeling, for who has the great one given all to?

As it erupts within me, to be with you and be as one, jealousy spreads amongst the mountains and the valleys. For the great one's attention to be on what he calls eternal sets seasons off their natural course—just for a glimpse of you.

The clouds come together in support of thee, my heartfelt lily. Far and wide they've searched; in their eagerness, they searched in vain. I'll call you celestial, for whom the angels worship. So soothing does it sound that I would ask the wind to push away all that may cause harm.

And I'll say to the ends of the earth that I have seen paradise in the eyes of whom I love. That I have seen rest beside the one I cherish. And I'll say to the heavens: what doest thou, that I should leave paradise to be in heaven?

My beloved, thou were bestowed to make me whole—my perfect piece.
