<p><strong><em>Do I still have those dreams without you?</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>What exactly am I to do?</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>My dreams were carved out of your words </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>and now, with this silence,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>all I feel is numbness.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br/></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>I’m not sure what to do now.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Pretty sure all my dreams had you in them:</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>a future we had imagined,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>those lights,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>those beautiful sights,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>the Seven Wonders we aimed to see,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>the world powers we wanted to be.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br/></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Happy, fulfilled </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>but just enough to not get consumed,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>consumed by fame and money and power.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>As long as we had each other, we thought,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>anything was possible.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br/></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Now you’re gone.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>You’re just a memory.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>But all my favourite memories consist of you,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>and making new ones without you is terrifying.</em></strong></p><p><strong><em><br/></em></strong></p><p><strong><em>Everyone tells me I should be trying,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>trying to honour our dreams </em></strong></p><p><strong><em>but how can I,</em></strong></p><p><strong><em>when we made such a good team</em></strong></p>
