Hi Soul Anchor!🤗

Let me share a particular experience I’ve had several times.

You know, I’ve always been a fan of love, not necessarily in the romantic sense, but the kind of love that shows up in small, pure, sincere gestures. I’m deeply moved by people who care genuinely, with no ulterior motives. Even though I may not ALWAYS express it outwardly, maybe because I tend to observe more than I act, one thing I’ve noticed over the years is this:

Most people who carry love for others… are often the ones who get hurt the most.

Why?

Because many times, the very people they care for begin to dump all their frustrations on them. They perceive them as “safe,” or worse, “vulnerable.” And in trying to be there for everyone, the loving heart slowly forgets how to be there for itself. They pour and pour until there is nothing left inside. They comfort others so well that they forget how to comfort themselves.

But when Jesus said, “Come unto Me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”

He wasn’t just inviting you to drop your burdens, He was revealing a pattern.

A truth.

A rhythm for the soul.

Because in reaching out to others, you will inevitably carry their weight, their tears, their fears, and their heaviness. And burdens, whether emotional or spiritual, always weigh a person down. Unless you learn how to lay them at the Master’s feet, you will eventually break under what was never meant to remain on your shoulders.

Even Jesus, after pouring out into multitudes, withdrew to the mountains to pray. He was refilling what He had given out. Because you can only pour what you have, and you can only continue giving when you’ve learned how to return to the One who fills you.

So here’s the reminder your heart deserves:

In loving others, don’t forget to love yourself.

In showing up for others, don’t forget to show up for your own soul.

And in carrying others, don’t forget you were never designed to carry everything alone.

Let grace refill you. Let rest find you. Let Jesus strengthen you again.

I’m rooting for you, and more than that, Jesus is rooting harder for you.

I remain,

Abbas_Comforted 🌿

Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
