Upon dentures, what is the safest material for a denture (& also variants) and the economic cost of it?
First the variants of dentures could be classified under removable and fixed dentures
The removable dentures will have basically resin as base material or valplast (not sure off the appelation in 3nglish).
The fixed dentures would include crowns and bridges and implants. The crowns and bridges are usually made of ceramic wnd could have a metallic base as well. The two main materials for implant screws are titanium and zirconium.
Cost will vary with country and practice setting
