<p>Hi guys , I just finished watching this documentary called THE NARCISSIST PLAYBOOK. And I never knew I could feel so scared, manipulated or exploited. This is a must watch because it gives literal chills and goosebumps like no serial killer , no ghost, no demons just humans like you and I. I am bewildered right now 😳😖. My definition of narcissism has definitely changed like the concept of it is so crazy. And just like it was said in the movie," psychological abuse is the worst". I agree , it is.</p>
