<p style="text-align: center;">It all started in 2023, when I discovered I was losing my dad. Younger then, I didn't know what it meant. I went around being me, everyday.</p><p style="text-align: center;">Then, it hit me when he started falling sick often. He started visiting the hospital almost every two days.</p><p style="text-align: center;">Then, I was in SS3 writing my JAMB, WAEC and NECO exams.</p><p style="text-align: center;">I could remember the days I would stay back at school doing nothing so I could escape the reality of everything, even if it was a little.</p><p style="text-align: center;">Finished secondary School, then immediately moved into working, trying to raise funds to support the family.</p><p style="text-align: center;">It was a whole lot for me but, what choice did I have?</p><p style="text-align: center;">It continued like this till around January/ February, 2024 when it became more serious. He had to travel down to the east to be taken care of.</p><p style="text-align: center;">I got admitted into the university of Abuja around mid-march. Somehow, through the help of God, I started.</p><p style="text-align: center;">His health condition got worse, my mom had to join him in the village to care for him.</p><p style="text-align: center;">At some point, they had to return back to Abuja.</p><p style="text-align: center;">There was no Hospital or prayer house we didn't run to for solutions.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;">HMMM.....</p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;">By 6am on the 24th of April, 2024, I received many calls from different people, but due to sleepy eyes, I couldn't pick up. At about 7:30 am when I woke up, I called my mom first. Then I heard, "Ezekiel, start coming to the hospital, Your dad is dead".</p><p style="text-align: center;">I first felt a wave of deafening silence, When I got to the hospital from school and confirmed the news, I broke down and cried like a baby.......</p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;">24th of April, 2024 would always be a day to be remembered as the day, I lost someone priceless.</p><p style="text-align: center;"><br/></p><p style="text-align: center;">I miss you so much Daddy.😭😭</p><p style="text-align: center;">I love you.❤️</p><p style="text-align: center;">Rest on.🕊️❤️</p>
