<p>Arrogance</p><p>That is the true color of humility</p><p>To be humble demands first that one becomes arrogant...</p><p><br/></p><p>Walk with me...</p><p><br/></p><p>Truth is law</p><p>Truth is authority </p><p>Truth is iron clad</p><p>Truth demands subservient </p><p>It pays no heed to sentiments</p><p><br/></p><p>Yet everyone has clumped up in their fists</p><p>A fragment of light that they call 'truth'</p><p>Yet the beacons shine with varying glows </p><p>How then?</p><p>Each true to the soul that wields it</p><p><br/></p><p>They are guiding lights </p><p>They are leaders of men</p><p>Showing them the way</p><p>Showing them how to be</p><p>Showing them what to be</p><p>Showing them who to be</p><p><br/></p><p>Yet... The question remains... How true is truth?</p><p><br/></p><p>Your truth... Is it true?</p><p>What fortuitous odds you have dear wanderer</p><p>For the truth you hold in your palm to be the truth</p><p>Absolute and dictatorial </p><p><br/></p><p>Think... Ponder... Wonder </p><p>The mystery of existence is not so easily unraveled</p><p>Yet many men claim to hold the keys to the puzzle.</p><p><br/></p><p>But that... That is not obedience </p><p>Humility to the truth that comforts you is arrogance unrefined, untainted... In its crudest , rudest form.</p><p><br/></p><p>To be truly humble... Is to be arrogant dear wanderer</p><p>Deny your truth</p><p>Set it atop a table</p><p>Pair it against the other glows</p><p>Other truth</p><p>Other lenses of reality</p><p>An exercise easier said than done but bear with me</p><p><br/></p><p>Look at it... Yes</p><p>That is your truth </p><p>The reality you believe to hold objective grasp on nature... On existence on fact </p><p>To you it is fact </p><p>To others it is fiction</p><p><br/></p><p>Oh how arrogant you are...</p><p>To think yourself a bastion of humility </p><p>When your head prostrates only for your light </p><p>Viewing the light others shine as darkness</p><p>How arrogant they as well are...</p><p><br/></p><p>Be humble dear wanderer</p><p>Be arrogant</p><p>Denounce them all</p><p>The lights of guidance as they dangle before you</p><p>Be arrogant...</p><p>Denounce them</p><p>Reject them </p><p>Do not bow your head </p><p>Do not prostrate...</p><p><br/></p><p>That is the unmasked visage of humility </p><p>Only once you grow arrogant can your eyes then open</p><p>Engage your faculties</p><p>Be reminded that faith is doubt</p><p>You believe but you are not certain</p><p>Look at them all...</p><p>The lights of guidance are placed before you</p><p>Test them</p><p>Try them</p><p>Scrutinize them </p><p>Taunt them</p><p>Respect them</p><p>Disrespect them</p><p>Dismantle them </p><p>Seek </p><p>Seek</p><p>Seek</p><p>Search dear wanderer</p><p>Once you have seen them for what they are</p><p>Only then can your conviction be worthy of respect</p><p><br/></p><p>For in arrogance you demonstrated humility </p><p>You saw your truth to lenses borrowed</p><p>And glimpsed theirs through their own eyes... Not yours </p><p><br/></p><p>Congratulations dear wanderer</p><p>You are arrogant </p><p>You are humble</p><p><br/></p><p>The truth still remains as is... Evasive </p><p>Subjective</p><p>Personal</p><p>Deductive</p><p>Inductive</p><p>But now... You are respectably faithful. </p><p>Be off now. Your journey continues</p>
