“Que sera, sera”

Whatever will be, will be.

Such a simple statement. But living it is one of the hardest things many of us ever try to do.

Because we want to know. We want to feel sure that the effort we’re putting in will actually lead somewhere. That the pain we’re carrying will eventually make sense. That the people we love will stay. That life will get easier than it feels right now.

There’s that constant urge to control, to fix, to prevent the thing we already sense is coming. The refusal to simply let life arrive as it is. Even when we know something is inevitable, we still push against it, doing everything we can to force the outcome our way.

I, for one, have wasted so much time trying to control things that were never mine to control. I've rehearsed conversations that never happened—entire arguments in my head with people who had no idea I was fighting with them. I’ve imagined endings before beginnings even took shape. I’ve carried fear for futures that never arrived.

You probably have too. Stayed up late running through every possible scenario, trying to outthink tomorrow, trying to protect yourself from the thing you feel is coming. You’ve probably pushed hard against inevitability, refusing to let life simply arrive. You’ve done everything you could to make sure things went your way.

And maybe they did. Maybe they didn’t.

But life still moves on its own terms…

Doors open when you’re not looking. Others shut without explanation. Answers arrive long after you’ve stopped waiting for them, and the dreams you once held tightly can shift into something you never planned. And despite all our planning, worrying, all our attempts to control every possible outcome… life remains uncertain.

To say “Que sera, sera” is to choose to breathe even when you do not have all the answers. It is to understand that some things are beyond your control, and if you carry “what if” every day, it will steal the life that is happening right in front of you.

The beauty is not that everything works out, but that we keep waking up and reaching for one another anyway. That even with the fear of what’s coming and the ache of what’s already gone, we can still look at this ordinary moment and quietly claim it.

And so, peace doesn't always come from knowing how the story will end.

Sometimes it just comes from trusting yourself enough to face whatever comes.

Whatever will be, will be.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Contributor Rankings

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
