Many people give up too early because they believe success must come fast or not at all. We see others winning, building, and achieving, and we quietly ask ourselves, “Why not me?” What we forget is that every big result starts with small, almost invisible steps.

Education is not just about certificates; it is about learning how to think, adapt, and grow. Every book you read, every skill you learn, and every question you ask is a seed you are planting. You may not see the result immediately, but with time, that knowledge will speak for you when you least expect it.

Farming teaches us the same lesson. A farmer does not plant today and harvest tomorrow. There is patience, hard work, and faith involved. The soil must be prepared, seeds planted, weeds removed, and crops watered consistently. Life works the same way. If you skip the process, you can’t expect the harvest.

Many young people feel pressured to “make it” quickly. But rushing often leads to shortcuts, and shortcuts lead to regrets. Growth is a process, not a competition. What matters is that you are moving forward, even if your progress feels slow.

Life will test you. There will be days you feel tired, confused, and unmotivated. On those days, remember this: consistency beats motivation. You don’t have to feel inspired every day; you just have to keep showing up.

No effort is wasted. The discipline you build, the patience you learn, and the lessons from your failures are all preparing you for something bigger. Your story is still being written, and it doesn’t need to look like anyone else’s.

So keep learning. Keep planting. Keep believing.

The harvest will come — maybe not today, maybe not tomorrow — but it will come if you don’t give up.

✨ Your future depends on what you do with today.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Top Engagers
For the Top Engagers Track, we award the top 3 people who engage the most with other user's content via
comments.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Engagers" tab on the rankings page.
Most Engaged Content
The Most Engaged Content recognizes users whose content received the most engagement during the month.
We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
