Sunday Twists S1E5....GOD KILLED A MAN BECAUSE HE HELPED?😳
<p>Once again I apologize for the late posting.🙏</p><p>Sunday Twists is a platform where we collectively gather to unravel misty issues concerning the Christian body. Thanks to everyone who have been participating💥. 🫡</p><p>Today's episode entails contrasted feelings and a quick transition from happiness to mourning. Here is it:</p><p>1st Chronicles 13:1 - 14 contains the whole story in detail but just in a summary:</p><blockquote>After the coronation of David as the king of Israel, he (David) assembled the Israelites to announce to them of his intention to bring the Ark Of God from Kiriath-Jearim to Israel which they all agreed to. With joy, The Ark was placed upon a new cart to be brought to Israel accompanied with musical merry everywhere. Suddenly, the oxen stumbled and the Ark Of God was about to fall but fortunately for it Uzzah was there to hold it and prevent it from falling and unfortunately for Uzzah😭.....GOD KILLED HIM! .....(The rest of the story is in the Bible reference, our emphasis is on the death of Uzzah by God.) But.......WHYYY?</blockquote><blockquote>By the way, The Ark Of God was the most dreaded relic among the Israelites because it represented and indicated the presence of the God Almighty Himself.</blockquote><p>✓ According to verse seven, Uzzah and Ahio were in charge of the cart carrying The<span style="background-color: transparent;"> Ark, so for Uzzah to hold The Ark is a show of excellent discharge of responsibility, still....GOD KILLED HIM.</span></p><p><span style="background-color: transparent;">✓ Even if he was not in charge of the cart, at least out of the zealous fear he had for the God of Israel, he decided to HELP so the Ark won't fall, still.....GOD KILLED HIM.</span></p><p>WHY?</p><p>Please kindly upvote and feel free to comment ANYTHING you feel about this.
