<p>Too Late</p><p>People say time heals everything.</p><p>They lied.</p><p>Time doesn't always heal. Sometimes, it only teaches you how to live with a wound that never closes.</p><p>Every morning, I wake up to the same silence. The kind of silence that screams louder than thunder. The kind that reminds me of everything I had... and everything I destroyed.</p><p>There was a time when laughter filled my days. There was a voice that called my name with warmth, hands that reached for mine without hesitation, and eyes that believed in me even when I couldn't believe in myself.</p><p>I thought those moments would last forever.</p><p>I was wrong.</p><p>Regret is a strange punishment. It doesn't arrive immediately. It waits. It watches. Then, when everything is gone, it settles into your chest like an unmovable stone.</p><p>I remember every harsh word I said.</p><p>Every call I ignored.</p><p>Every apology I thought could wait until tomorrow.</p><p>Tomorrow never came.</p><p>The hardest part isn't losing someone.</p><p>It's remembering that they stayed... until they couldn't anymore.</p><p>I watched them cry.</p><p>I watched disappointment slowly replace hope.</p><p>I saw the light leave their eyes, yet I convinced myself they would never leave.</p><p>Love doesn't disappear in one day.</p><p>It dies quietly.</p><p>One broken promise.</p><p>One forgotten birthday.</p><p>One unanswered message.</p><p>One "I'm too busy."</p><p>One "We'll talk later."</p><p>Until "later" becomes "never."</p><p>Now I walk through places where memories still breathe.</p><p>The café where we laughed until sunset.</p><p>The road where we dreamed about our future.</p><p>The bench where promises were made.</p><p>Nothing has changed.</p><p>Except me.</p><p>Except us.</p><p>The world continues as if nothing happened.</p><p>People smile.</p><p>Children play.</p><p>Birds sing.</p><p>But inside me, everything stopped the day I realized I had become the villain in someone else's story.</p><p>There are nights when sleep refuses to visit.</p><p>Instead, memories come.</p><p>Not the happy ones.</p><p>The painful ones.</p><p>The final conversation.</p><p>The trembling voice.</p><p>The tears I pretended not to notice.</p><p>The goodbye I thought was just another argument.</p><p>If only I had listened.</p><p>If only pride hadn't been louder than love.</p><p>If only I had chosen kindness instead of anger.</p><p>If only...</p><p>Those two words have become my prison.</p><p>No sentence is more painful than "If only."</p><p>I carry invisible scars no one can see.</p><p>People ask why I don't smile anymore.</p><p>How do I explain that every smile reminds me of the one I lost?</p><p>How do I tell them that my greatest enemy isn't another person...</p><p>It's my own memories.</p><p>Some regrets don't fade.</p><p>They become part of your heartbeat.</p><p>Every breath whispers what could have been.</p><p>Every sunrise reminds you that another day has begun without the chance to make things right.</p><p>The cruelest truth about life is that forgiveness sometimes comes after the opportunity is gone.</p><p>You can become a better person.</p><p>You can change.</p><p>You can learn.</p><p>But not everyone is still there to witness that change.</p><p>And that...</p><p>That is agony.</p><p>So if you still have someone who waits for your messages...</p><p>Someone who forgives your mistakes...</p><p>Someone who believes in you despite your flaws...</p><p>Don't make them wait forever.</p><p>Because one day, you'll search for them in every crowd...</p><p>You'll hear their voice in strangers...</p><p>You'll reach for a hand that is no longer yours to hold.</p><p>And when that day comes, you'll finally understand that the heaviest thing a person can carry isn't hatred.</p><p>It is regret.</p><p>The kind that no amount of tears can wash away.</p><p>The kind that follows you long after everyone else has moved on.</p>
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Contributor Rankings

— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
