<p>I think it's high time we realized we are doing nobody a favour by displeasing, devaluing and shrinking ourselves.</p><p></p><p> Most people have lost their identities due to pressure from society, pressure from friends, and need for validation. Have you ever wondered if your current behaviour, manner of approach, likes, lifestyle is the real you? Take a little step back.</p><p></p><p>Why are you easily influenced that you seem to forget your role and purpose? It's a stupid thing to live a life that would birth you regrets in future.</p><p> </p><p>Some people have duo personalities. Chameleons. And yes I am not talking about the good side of it rather the bad side of it. The hypocrites.</p><p>You don't need to be a hypocrite to be diplomatic. Snitching is not diplomacy.</p><p></p><p>I wonder why I would do anything to please you. I mean, why would I inconvenience myself to fit into your shoes when I have mine? (I have a lot of shoes I am still trying to fit into)🥲</p><p></p><p>Live your life the way you want it not the way somebody else wants it.</p><p></p><p>I have a friend that's so confident and bold when expressing herself. She reached out saying:</p><p></p><p>"Mimi, I don't know why sometimes it looks like I am doing too much. People sometimes hate me for no solid reason. Sometimes I find myself trying to stoop low so I can allow others..."</p><p></p><p>I said no no no!</p><p></p><p>Shrinking yourself to make others comfortable is foolishness. But giving others room and validating their opinions without belittling and disregarding their perspectives is wisdom.</p><p></p><p>You know, there's a way two people will argue and they still go about living fine whereas there's a way some people argue, and malice and hatred lingers for months.</p><p></p><p>Your personality is the you you. Changing your personality negatively, is like living the pedestrian side walk and walking into a road with moving vehicles; you find it hard to figure out your move. Yes! At a point you might just stand still not knowing whether to walk or run at the end you either narrowly escape or end up incurring an accident. That's when life teaches you a hard lesson.</p><p></p><p>What's my TC?</p><p></p><p>If you came into life as Mr A, don't try being Mr B. But if Mr B has potentials, values, Mindset that can shape and uplift your mediocre level to a realm of excellence, then you can imbibe these traits and still remain Mr A. </p><p></p><p>Another sample.</p><p>If your talent is singing and you have a role model that sings excellently well, it is wise to learn the works done behind the scenes to get to that level of perfectionism without trying to change your own tone/voice. All singers have unique voices but if all singers sang the same, the world would be a boring place.</p><p></p><p>I hope this finds you and brings a change.</p><p></p><p></p><p></p>

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to 7 people with the best insights in the past month. The 7 winners are picked
by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Monthly Score
The Top Monthly Contributors ranking is a monthly metric indicating how users respond to your posts, not just how many you publish.
We look at three main things:
1
How strong your best post is —
Your highest-scoring post this month carries the most weight. One great post can take you far.
2
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
We also look at the average score of all your posts. If your work keeps getting good reactions, you get a boost.
3
How consistent the engagement you receive is —
Posting more helps — but only a little.
Extra posts give a small bonus that grows slowly, so quality always matters more than quantity.
In simple terms:
A great post beats many ignored posts
Consistently engaging posts beat one lucky hit
Spamming low-engagement posts won't help
Tips, comments, and upvotes from others matter most
This ranking is designed to reward
Thoughtful, high-quality posts
Real engagement from the community
Consistency over time — without punishing you for posting again
The Top Monthly Contributors leaderboard reflects what truly resonates, not just who posts the most.
