This year has been a very emotional and trying year for me, this was the year I began to battle depression or maybe I would say it’s the year I actually acknowledged my depression and began to take steps towards managing it. Then my dad passed and then poof all the work I put into managing it just went out the window. I discovered a new low, a low I never knew existed, a low I had only ever seen in movies and didn’t understand until it happened to me and it began to eat me up inside. This year was also the year about eighty percent of my friends graduated and then the mistakes I made a couple of years ago met up with me and I began to feel the eight of that as well as my depression. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not jealous of these guys, I am very very happy for them and hope they go on to do great things because most of these guys were guys I grew up, guys I met later in life and we went through a lot together and we grew and bonded. These are guys that are like my brothers, my sisters or close friends. But then it also made me sad because I was supposed to graduate with these guys, I’m supposed to also be saying thank you to those congratulations but I’m here regretting past mistakes and paying for them right now lol. This year is about to end and I would say it was one of the worst years of my life but it was also the best year of my life as well. It is the year I made a lot of big purchases for myself, it’s the year I made money and made even more money, it’s also the year I lost money and lost even more money😂. It’s been an absolute roller coaster of a year and I just want it to be over. I want to just hit the reset button that we hit at the beginning of every year and just start over and see what happens cause this year has been bad. One thing is for sure, this year would forever be a year that is engraved in my memory for the rest of my life and I would never ever forget it! It has been crucial for my characters development in a lot of ways but I hate it and want it to end!
