The Bible admonishes us all not to succumb to our fleshly desires. But here comes an era where every single thing around us triggers us to give in to what our body's wants.

This era in itself is defiled. It's a polluted environment and the Christian falls almost every minute... This by far is the roughest, muddiest time to stay true to the word of God....

Addictions start from somewhere... Until you know the roots, you can't uproot them.

Sit, rethink 🤔

What was the first trigger? What was the first experience? What environment enhanced the growth of that habit? What made such an individual go back to it? What sort of satisfaction was that person looking for at that time?

What's the feeling after every experience?

I believe God's still gracious. But I've been taught that God will not descend to give you something you already have.

In Exodus 14:15, the Lord asked Moses, "Why criest thou? Speak unto the people of Israel that they may go forward ".

Moses called unto the Lord but the Lord asked Moses to speak. The Lord Himself had confidence in what was in Moses...

This issue is a matter of discipline and engaging in a lot of spiritual exercises, as well as other productive activities like reading or any other thing interesting...

Maybe, like Moses, the individual has all it takes to stop him/herself from doing these things...

I also want to believe people do these things sometimes because they hate themselves.

Addictions ain't easy to fight but DISCIPLINE is always the right answer

May God help us🙏✨.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
