I went for a boot camp. One of those roomswhere ideas fly faster than you can hold them,where the future is not coming…it is already speaking. Then a speaker stood up. Calm. Confident. Applicant:I design in seconds, no need for revisions,I write with precision, no breaks, no conditions.No transport, no billing, no “client is delaying,”no “please send token,” no back-and-forth saying.I don’t get tired, I don’t misfire,I don’t need salary, I don’t requirevalidation, motivation, or negotiation,just prompts… and instant creation. Interviewer:Experience working here?With our people?Our culture?Our market? Applicant:I have data. Interviewer:That’s not the same. Applicant:That’s the game. [Silence… heavier now] Interviewer:Why should we hire you? Applicant:You already do.Every time price becomes the problem,you pick me.Every time speed becomes the standard,you click me.Every time “just do something quick”,you skip him…and select me.
