<p>I met the ocean</p><p>Listening deep to the flows</p><p>Very calm, </p><p>So when the sun comes out,</p><p>the water is hot but the ocean still flows</p><p>When the rain falls </p><p>The water is cold but it still flows </p><p>night and day it flows, </p><p>When the wind blows sand into the water, </p><p>It receives it and flows</p><p>I looked at it and found a similarity the oceans have with Life</p><p>So,</p><p><br/></p><p>In life </p><p>Most times, when the storm comes </p><p>It's hard to continue to flow </p><p>Maybe because of the scars left and damages that take time to repair </p><p>We take our time </p><p>And if you notice closely </p><p>Our Yesterday is different from the present day </p><p>Even the previous second is not the same with the one we're living now,</p><p>We form,</p><p>we move into shapes </p><p>We don't realize,</p><p>And rooms</p><p> Rooms,</p><p>we never imagined to be in,</p><p>Because like the river,</p><p>we never know when the next cavity will occur but the flow of life continues, </p><p><br/></p><p>So as it flows </p><p>Pick yourselves up </p><p>You are never getting that second again, even in a thousand years to come </p><p>That second is not coming back </p><p> Look for brighter days,</p><p>And </p><p>See on rainy days better find and hold on to that umbrella, Stay in that shade </p><p>Weather dey change , </p><p>especially when you no expect </p><p>And every single time it leaves us</p><p>It leaves us with a lesson to learn.
