SELF CONTROL

If you don't want people to control you or manipulate you, never allow them to know these things about you.

1 your weaknesses, everyone has weaknesses maybe is anger, money, loneliness or temptation but the moment someone knows what makes you give in they know exactly how to persuade or manipulate you. That is why you should work on your weaknesses instead of exposing them.

2 your emotional triggers. An emotional trigger is something that quickly makes you angry, jealous, afraid or desperate. If someone knows exactly what upsets you they can deliberately do or say those things just to control your reactions but the more control you have over your reactions the less control other people have over you so don't give anyone the remote control to your emotions.

3 your insecurities. Insecurity is something about yourself that makes you feel embarrassed or not good enough maybe you don't like your appearance, education, background or your financial situation. If someone knows what makes you insecure they can use it to make you doubt yourself or do things just to gain their approval so never give people that kind of power over you

4 what you depend on too much. Anything you feel you can't live without can become a tool someone uses against you. If you desperately need people's approval someone can control you by praising or rejecting you, if you are addicted to money, popularity or attention someone can use those things to influence your choices. The less you depend on things you can't control the freer you become.

5 your secrets. The more secrets someone holds about you the more power they may try to have over you. That is why it is wise to live with integrity and be careful about what you share, some people protect your secrets, others save them for the day they want something from you. Choose carefully who earns your trust. Being private doesn't mean you are unfriendly, it means you are wise enough to know that not everyone deserves access to your life

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
