Fighting low self esteem
<p>Many individuals in the world are battling with low self esteem,which has hindered them from impacting lives and expressing themselves,<strong> this is a very important topic to discuss about especially to young adults.</strong></p><p><strong>Low self esteem is when you don't see value in yourself, when you don't have confidence, when you are afraid of saying what is in your mind or relating socially with people,it is often caused by depression, anxiety, upbringing of a person and fear. It can also be due to genetics.</strong></p><p><strong>Low self esteem makes individuals with amazing talent/ skills to hide themselves because they are afraid of what people will say or being laughed at or ignored. People miss good opportunities in life because of low self esteem. </strong></p><p><strong>Low self esteem is not a disease rather it is lack of confidence. You can overcome it by being positive about your self, not allowing people opinion to decide things for you, being yourself and developing your strengths.
