Twenty.

It's funny because when I was younger, twenty felt so... grown. Like I'd have everything figured out by now. I'd have my people, my purpose, a healthy routine, money, good grades, confidence. I genuinely thought twenty would come with a manual.

It didn't.

Instead, it came with lessons I never saw coming.

For the longest time, I lived in my own little bubble. I wasn't the kind of person who had a huge social circle. I stayed to myself a lot. Sometimes it was intentional, sometimes it wasn't. I got so used to being alone that I convinced myself I didn't really need people.

Then somehow this year happened.

I walked into Oracle TV not knowing it would completely change my life. What started as just another opportunity slowly became a family. I met people from different backgrounds, different personalities, different walks of life. Some became friends, some became mentors, some became people who challenged the way I think. It reminded me that there are still genuinely kind people in the world.

It's strange because I spent so much time isolated that I almost forgot what it felt like to belong somewhere.

Now my life somehow has people in it. Plans. Group chats. Shoots. Meetings. Random conversations that somehow become core memories. It's overwhelming sometimes, but in the best way possible.

I've laughed harder this year than I have in a long time.

I've also cried more than I'd like to admit.

Twenty has been full of contradictions.

I've made new friendships while losing old ones.

I've had people I thought would stay forever quietly become strangers.

I've learned that not every ending has to be dramatic. Sometimes people simply outgrow each other, and that's okay... even when it hurts.

One thing nobody prepared me for was how difficult balance actually is.

People make it sound so easy.

Go to class.

Build a career.

Have a social life.

Start a business.

Create content.

Take care of yourself.

Rest.

Study.

Pray.

Show up for everyone.

Smile.

Repeat.

Meanwhile I'm sitting there wondering how twenty-four hours disappears so quickly.

My time management is honestly one of my biggest struggles.

I procrastinate more than I should.

I underestimate how long things take.

I tell myself "I'll start in an hour," and suddenly it's midnight.

There are days I pour everything into Oracle TV and my content, then realize I haven't opened my lecture notes all day. Other days I'm buried in schoolwork and feel guilty for not creating.

I'm still learning that balance isn't something you magically achieve one day. It's something you constantly adjust.

Some days I get it right.

Most days... I don't.

And maybe that's okay.

School has humbled me more times than I can count. There have been moments where I questioned if I was smart enough, disciplined enough, capable enough. Looking at my grades sometimes made me feel like I was falling behind everyone else.

But this year also taught me that your GPA can measure your academics, not your potential.

Growth doesn't always look like numbers.

Sometimes growth looks like speaking up in a room full of strangers.

Sometimes it looks like applying for opportunities even when you're scared.

Sometimes it looks like choosing to keep going after failing.

I've also learned that being twenty means realizing your parents are human too.

Your friends are figuring life out too.

Nobody actually has everything together.

The people you admire are probably winging it just as much as you are.

We're all just trying.

Looking back, I'm so grateful.

Grateful for every opportunity that found me.

Grateful for Oracle TV.

Grateful for the people who believed in me before I believed in myself.

Grateful for the disappointments that redirected me.

Grateful for the relationships that ended because they made space for healthier ones.

Grateful for the moments I almost gave up but didn't.

Grateful that even on the days I felt completely lost, life somehow kept moving me forward.

Twenty hasn't been glamorous.

It hasn't been easy.

It hasn't looked anything like I imagined.

But it's been real.

It's been messy.

It's been beautiful.

I'm still learning how to manage my time.

Still learning how to love people without losing myself.

Still learning how to show up consistently.

Still learning how to believe in myself.

Still becoming.

If this is what twenty looks like, then maybe growing up isn't about having all the answers.

Maybe it's about asking better questions.

About making mistakes and choosing to try again.

About collecting people, memories, lessons, and little victories along the way.

So here's to twenty.

Not the version I dreamed about as a little girl.

But the version that's teaching me who I'm actually becoming.

And honestly?

I think she's doing okay.

Happy 20th to ME❤️

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

Contributor Rankings
The Rankings/Leaderboard shows the Top 20 contributors and engagers on TwoCents a monthly and all-time basis
— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
