The Silent Competition on Campus....

Walk through any university campus and you'll see students laughing, taking pictures, attending classes, and chasing their dreams. It looks like everyone has everything figured out.

But beneath the smiles, many students are quietly battling inferiority.

Some feel less because they can't afford the latest phone or fashionable clothes. Others believe they're not intelligent enough because a few classmates always seem to have the answers. Some avoid opportunities because they think they're not attractive, confident, connected, or talented enough.

Slowly, comparison becomes a lifestyle. Students begin to measure their worth by grades, money, appearance, followers, relationships, or popularity. Instead of growing at their own pace, they spend their university years trying to keep up with people who are running completely different races.

The truth is, university is meant to be a place of learning and self-discovery, not a competition to prove who is better. Everyone arrives with different backgrounds, different resources, and different journeys.

The moment you stop comparing yourself with others is the moment you give yourself permission to become who you're meant to be.

What's one thing you think makes students feel inferior on campus today?
