Let it out
<p>Holding everything inside you, carrying everything on your head,thinking you are not good enough, stop pretending as if you are not hurt and your happy you are hurting your yourself more than you can ever imagine  and you keep asking or telling  your self foolish question and words like :</p><p>I am happy i will endure and i will be quiet</p><p>I am i okay ? why am i in pain ?</p><p>I will answer every question i wrote and some of this answers can be related to other questions</p><p>Saying you are happy when you are hurt is<strong> SELF-DECEPTION</strong> , How long will <img src="/media/inline_insight_image/pexels-adolfo-florencio-2154891626-35855923.jpg"/>you endure is it till you are dead from depression or what you are suffering from e.g  Domestic Violence etc Do not be quiet  speak out report to the appropriate authority, in some cases no need of reporting what you need is to speak have your <strong> HEALTHY SELF-CONFIDENCE</strong> and your <strong>HEALTHY SELF-PRIDE</strong> wherever you go and those bullies will go home crying to their mamma ,You are okay , you are in pain because of yourself, just let it out, cry when you are in pain and look for a solution, if you are suppressing  the urge to cry when experiencing severe pain could cause severe  consequences   </p><p>And also to those <strong>CHAMELEONS</strong> who do everything to win over people, <strong>just be yourself</strong>, you do everything to please people and  you all <strong>CHAMELEONS</strong> please and please be yourself, i know that it is hard to be something you are not.</p><p><br/></p><p><strong>BE YOURSELF AND LET IT OUT(EMOTIONS)</strong></p><p><br/></p>
