Mankind's Search for Freedom
<p>Howbeit that an apple would fall from tree, land on head, and be beginning of new reasoning?</p><p>Or that a spark of lightning would be what runs in every modern technology?</p><p><br/></p><p>That man would see and want to discover is not of law</p><p>But for another curious mind to simply ask</p><p><br/></p><p>"Why?"</p><p><br/></p><p>Why is not an object of change </p><p>But a subject of a very specific general urge_</p><p>'To know'</p><p><br/></p><p>Many would agree money is power, </p><p>I beg to differ.</p><p>Mankind is limited by one thing alone,</p><p>One thing we remain powerless to,</p><p>The ultimate lack of knowledge.</p><p><br/></p><p>For if there are more books than all species of the world,</p><p>There is more knowledge than all books can cover.</p><p>Some never to be known, some never to be shown, some never to be sown.</p><p>And that triggers the search, the ultimate task of man;</p><p><br/></p><p>To see, to know, and to be free.</p><p>To be bound by known reason,</p><p> Not by uncertainty.</p><p><br/></p><p>- wrightwriteswrit</p><p><br/></p><p>© 2026</p>
