<p><span style="font-size: 10.5px;"><strong>Overcoming FEAR</strong></span></p><p><br/></p><p>Fear and anxiety are emotions that everyone experiences at different points in life. Fear may come when we face something unfamiliar, while anxiety often comes from worrying about what might happen in the future. Although these feelings can be uncomfortable, they do not have to control our lives.</p><p><br/></p><p>Overcoming fear begins with acknowledging it. Instead of pretending that you are not afraid, take time to understand what is causing the fear. Ask yourself, “What exactly am I afraid of?” Identifying the source of your fear can make it easier to deal with.</p><p><br/></p><p>Another important step is to change negative thoughts. Anxiety often makes us imagine the worst possible outcome. Learn to replace thoughts such as “I cannot do this” with “I can try, learn, and improve.” Remember that having a fearful thought does not mean that something bad will definitely happen.</p><p><br/></p><p>Take things one step at a time. You do not have to overcome every fear at once. Start with small steps and gradually challenge yourself. Each small victory builds confidence and shows you that you are stronger than your fear.</p><p><br/></p><p>It is also important to pray, relax, and take care of yourself. Deep breathing, adequate rest, exercise, spending time with supportive people, and prayer or meditation can help calm the mind. When you feel overwhelmed, pause, breathe slowly, and remind yourself that you do not have to solve everything at once.</p><p><br/></p><p>Most importantly, do not be afraid to seek help. Talking to a trusted person, counsellor, pastor, or mental-health professional can provide support and a different perspective. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign that you value your well-being.</p><p><br/></p><p>Fear may be present, but it does not have to determine your future. You can move forward even when you are afraid. Courage is not the absence of fear; courage is choosing to take the next step despite fear.</p><p><br/></p><p>Believe in yourself, take one day at a time, and remember: you are capable of overcoming more than you think.</p>
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
