Sunday Twists S2E1... unraveled - Trinity or Three Gods?

Good evening Twocents famz🥰.Wishing everyone a Happy Sunday,

it's now time to unravel the the Twist that was presented last week (if you haven't read it, you'll find it below with other insights from the series "Sunday Twists"). We were faced with the controversy surrounding the concept of the Trinity. I believe by God's grace, the little I know that will be shared wil prove understandable. Before we delve deeper, some blunders needs to be corrected:

First, It not said as "God, the Father ,God the Son and God the Holy Spirit" ❌ but as "God the Father, The Son and the Holy Spirit. This is because the former interprets it as three Gods which is not so.

Also, there are no three Gods, It is one God in three personalities. Using a very simple and applicable way to explain it:

I have someone I call a father, my father has someone who calls him "brother" and my father is someone's son too. He is a father, a son, and a brother. He embodies three different personalities not three different people. Same way it applies to the Trinity. 🤌

Now how can God be one and three at the same time?🤔 First of all, it is a MYSTERY . The deeper you dig , the wider it gets. Also, God is not Human, He is the Father of all of spirits and flesh. He can be with you currently answering your prayers and at the same time HIS presence is also felt at different locations.

These are some occurrences in the Bible that validates the Trinity:

1. The Announcement of Jesus' birth (Luke 1:26-38): The Father sends the angel Gabriel, the Son is conceived by the Holy Spirit, and the Holy Spirit overshadows Mary.

2. The Baptism of Jesus (Matthew 3:16-17, Mark 1:9-11, Luke 3:21-22): The Father speaks from heaven, the Son is being baptized, and the Holy Spirit descends as a dove.

3. The Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20): Jesus commands his disciples to baptize in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

4. Pentecost (Acts 2:1-33): The Father sends the Holy Spirit as the Son is exalted at the right hand of God, and the Holy Spirit empowers the disciples.

Lastly.... In the Old testament, they experienced the personality of The Father extensively, in the New Testament they experienced Jesus Christ, The Son more and right now, we are experiencing the Holy Spirit at a large length.

I hope this settles you🥹

PEACE ✌️
