<p style="text-align: justify;">Everything has a cost.</p><p><br/></p><p>The cost of achieving your dream is that you have achieved it.</p><p><br/></p><p>A life once filled with hope,excitement,possibilities, and endless questions becomes a life of answers.</p><p><br/></p><p>The fire that once stared at the horizon now burns quietly.</p><p><br/></p><p>And you wonder where the hunger went.</p><p style="text-align: right;"><br/></p><p>The cost isn't always obvious until it has already been sacrificed.</p><p><br/></p><p>By the time you reach the dream,you are no longer the person who started the journey.</p><p><br/></p><p>You have changed.</p><p><br/></p><p>Just like a lover who finally gets the person they wanted,only to discover that the fantasy was brighterthan the reality.</p><p><br/></p><p>The wanting was intoxicating.</p><p><br/></p><p>The having is ordinary.</p><p><br/></p><p>And perhaps that is the cruelest truth about dreams:</p><p><br/></p><p>To become the person who can have them,you must murder your former self.</p><p><br/></p><p>The old you cannot survive the journey.</p><p><br/></p><p>The innocent fool who dreamed blind must eventually die.</p><p><br/></p><p>So perhaps the cost of the dreams death.</p><p><br/></p><p>Not the death of your body.</p><p><br/></p><p>The death of who you were.</p>
