The Stewardship Of Life

The Stewardship of Life

Taking care of your health is important, but in the process, never lose sight of the One who gives and sustains life.

God is the ultimate source and sustainer of our lives. Every breath we take, every new day we experience, and every opportunity we have to care for ourselves are gifts of His grace.

We have a responsibility to care for the life entrusted to us. This means eating well, getting adequate rest, staying physically active, paying attention to our health, and seeking appropriate medical attention when necessary.

However, while making these efforts, we must never forget that our ability to live, function, and care for ourselves is ultimately made possible by God.

True stewardship is not only about caring for what we have been given; it is also about recognizing and honouring the One who gave it.

Take care of your body. Protect your wellbeing. Rest when you need to. Nourish yourself properly. But above all, remain grateful to God for the gift of life.

Life is a gift, and how we care for it is part of our stewardship.
