Your Identity Matters

Your identity is more than your name, appearance, background, or the opinions people have about you. It is the understanding of who you are, what you value, what you believe, what you stand for, and the kind of person you are becoming. Knowing your identity gives you a sense of direction and helps you make decisions that are aligned with your true self.

Your identity matters because you cannot confidently walk in a purpose you do not understand. When you know who you are, you become less dependent on people's approval. You no longer have to change yourself simply to fit into every environment or to be accepted by everyone.

There will always be people who misunderstand you, underestimate you, compare you with others, or try to define you by your mistakes. But their opinions do not determine your worth. You must learn to separate who you are from what people say about you.

Your identity also influences your choices. When you understand your values and the person you want to become, you become more intentional about the friendships you keep, the opportunities you pursue, the boundaries you establish, and the habits you develop.

Do not spend your life trying to become someone else. There is nothing wrong with learning from others, but your journey is uniquely yours. Your strengths, experiences, lessons, and dreams are part of your story.

Most importantly, remember that your past does not have the final say over your future. You may have made mistakes, experienced rejection, or gone through difficult seasons, but those experiences do not make you worthless. You are still capable of growth, change, and becoming a better version of yourself.

Take time to discover yourself. Ask yourself: Who am I? What do I value? What are my strengths? What do I stand for? What kind of person do I want to become? What is my purpose?

When you know who you are, you don't have to compete with everyone. You can appreciate their journey while confidently walking in yours.

Your identity matters. Know yourself. Value yourself. Build yourself. Become who you were created to be.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
