<p><br/></p><p>Why do we cry when we are born?</p><p>Like we do not desire life</p><p>But with time </p><p>Our hardened hearts change </p><p>Like morning dew</p><p>We melt away at the first rays of sunshine </p><p>And crave a life we once never adored</p><p><br/></p><p>Change </p><p>They say, is constant </p><p>But is it wrong if I desire to live in one moment?</p><p>Is it wrong that I wish to not leave a life I once scorned ?</p><p>Is it wrong that I wish life would stop, if only for me?</p><p>How I wish time were man; perhaps then I might get my wish </p><p><br/></p><p>A life once hated </p><p>I now desire</p><p>Now I desire but I know</p><p>Soon I will hate again </p><p>But that is life.</p><p>The paradox of my life</p><p>Cried when I got to this world</p><p>Yet I cry once more, for I do not wish to leave.</p>
