Empty Heart, Full pages.
<p>“Oh Ope, do you still write?”</p><p><br/></p><p>I have dropped my pen for a long time because I felt my head wasn't in the right place. I now admit that I had made a mistake, a very grievous one at that. I should have put my pen to paper and bleed my emptiness away.</p><p><br/></p><p>I understand the need to get away and rejuvenate, but I think that I should be moderate about it. I almost disappeared because I sat too much. </p><p><br/></p><p>Anyways, I'm back and I have gained something from this whole experience.</p><p>What I gained is that you could show up empty. Allow yourself to bleed on the empty pages, I could show up and talk about how empty I am. </p><p>How I have exhausted all that is within me and in need for a refilling. </p><p><br/></p><p>I have since learnt that every experience is an experience, so maybe it happened when it should have. Maybe it was time for me to learn to show up regardless.</p><p><br/></p><p>I'm not against taking a rest, but I was starting to stay too much in “rest” and almost forgot to stand up.</p><p><br/></p><p>But, here I am again, putting pieces of me together, building and refining again.</p><p><br/></p><p>So yes, I still write.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>
