Ineffable mystery
<p></p><p>Standing among mortars</p><p>I feel presence of those above this sphere</p><p>And I wish to know how they get there</p><p>I sway to putting my brain to test.</p><p></p><p>I think of God and the yellowish sun almost darken,</p><p>I try to coin theory that proof the origin of the creator of the world,</p><p>I force through time and space to where he called out light,</p><p>I tried to move farther from the period </p><p>to when the caller was made </p><p>But the access was shut against my spirit.</p><p></p><p>I put strength in my brain to discover the undiscovereable:</p><p>The ineffable I want to create words for:</p><p>The originality of God I sought in the brain he mold,</p><p>I tried to move beyond the wall of his creation</p><p>to the realm of his own creation</p><p>But the flight through fight got bomb.</p><p></p><p>And the ache in my brain was a quiet surrender</p><p>not defeated, but a humbling pause.</p><p></p><p>I realized some walls are not meant to be broken down,</p><p>some mysteries not meant to be unraveled by thought alone.</p><p>The mysterious mystery of this-</p><p>it is not a thing to grasp,</p><p>but a presence to feel,</p><p>a silence that speaks louder than words.</p><p></p><p>I cannot force the ineffable into the shapes of my mind,</p><p>No matter how far I reach,</p><p>the origin of providence</p><p>remains beyond my grasp,</p><p>just out of sight</p><p>like the horizon that recedes as I move toward it.</p><p>Yet in this not-knowing,</p><p>there is a strange peace.</p><p>To accept that some truths</p><p>live not in understanding,</p><p>but in wonder.</p><p>So I stand among the mortars—</p><p>a seeker,</p><p>still learning to listen</p><p>to the voice that calls light from darkness,</p><p>even if I will never know</p><p>where that voice comes from until I breath deep down.</p><p></p>
