<p>Now that we are old enough, we understand a little more about life.</p><p>We know why aunty Ogechi is in her 40's without children </p><p>We know why uncle Daniel struggles with alcoholism </p><p>We know why Sophia with a great degree, a beautiful smile and great potential is unemployed</p><p>We know why Ngozi has two children with different fathers </p><p>We know why Ade is still unmarried </p><p>We know why Elizabeth no longer goes to church </p><p>Now that we are old enough we know why life is more complex than it seems. We have learned about mental health, marriage, faith, unemployment and many other battles people fight every day.</p><p>Many of us walk through storms that no one knows about</p><p>So let us stay in our own lanes </p><p>Lets us choose compassion over criticism </p><p>Be kind Be mindful Be empathetic❤️</p>
