My 6 month journey🌹 (I disappeared on this app again)😭
<p>Hello amigos. </p><p>I disappeared after promising to write more on this app (please forgive mee)😭</p><p>I hope y’all have been doing well, working on your goals and trying to show up everyday </p><p>I’m just here to share a short lesson on what I learned this year.</p><p>So, 2026 has been my most consistent year</p><p>I think I truly understand what real growth is </p><p>I show up every single day and man I’d tell you it’s hard </p><p>I had days i just wanted to sleep, scroll and do nothing </p><p>But I reminded myself, each day is against me or building me</p><p>Relying on bursts of motivation will not take one anywhere </p><p>Showing to show up even five minutes a day is real growth </p><p>Growth was never meant to be glamorous</p><p>You say you want this dream life but what steps are you taking to achieve.</p><p>So I write to you amigo, never doubt the five minutes you spend on that skill, revising your notes, reading one page of a book.</p><p>It’s not about intensity but consistency.🌹</p><p><br/></p>
