My Pen Stopped Moving but My Mind Keeps Creating.

I'm experiencing something I don't usually experience. I won't call this writer's block because I have ideas and can easily get inspiration.

I'm someone who writes a lot. If we're given an assignment to write a chapter and others write 3 pages, mine will probably be 6 pages. I hardly run out of words or ideas to implement. Before I start writing, I usually know what to write.

I have a whole story idea in my head. I know how the scenes will go, how it will end...

The exposition, rising action, climax, etc.

Now, the problem is, I can't write.

I've tried so many times, but nothing seems to work.

My mind keeps creating more stories I should write about and giving me more plot twists I should try out, but I can't pen anything down.

I saw a video that talked about pantsers and outliners. I'm a pantser. I don't like to outline because it kills my drive, so the lady gave some advice for pantsers to try.

It's like outlining and according to her it won't kill your drive. She said to write down the characters and their characterisation, the scenes I have in my head, and where I want to place certain things in the story...

Which I did, but still, nothing.

Even with all this, I still can't write the story. I tried to start writing, but I went blank on what words to use.

It's not just flowing like it used to...

I don't know what happened.

I can't be the only one experiencing this or who has experienced this.

Sometimes, it happens with titles too. I usually don't know what title to give my stories, so I just title them whatever my mind tells me or what the story is about, like the title of this article, without minding whether it's the best title for it.

Other times, I ask AI for titles that fit my stories, then add them to what I already have in mind before deciding on a title for my story.

Then I see some people give their stories these amazing titles, and I'm like, how?!

I'm trying really hard to improve in this aspect.

I decided to post this here so that if anyone is experiencing this too, they will know that they are not alone.

If I can get tips that will help, I will be so grateful.

Maybe after making this post, I'll have the inspiration I need to start writing my story, and the words will begin to come again.

Kindly drop your thoughts in the comments so we can learn from your ideas and experiences.
