Whenever it’s that time to get a new cloth or shoes, be not afraid you are covered. Mumsy will take you or might not take you to the market, however the case may be and still confidently buy you an oversized clothes or shoes.

And the logical response for that is that you will grow into it which we eventually did and might even pass it down to the younger siblings 😂

Like, why can’t you just buy my size, this one that I can’t even lift properly without it coming off. Then she will help me put tissues inside the shoe to support it. Sweet memories sha!

Now, I’m getting somewhere with this!

Something bigger than you, that’s exactly how your goals should be. Way bigger than that oversized shoe and clothes you had to wear as a child.

I believe the confidence of my mom in buying those things was that I will grow into it which met she was going to ensure that through proper feeding and all. I grew into most of them and eventually dashed out the others.

When you set goals that are bigger than you, might even be unrealistic for your current self but trust me, you can grow into them.

I wouldn’t be a party of thinking that those big goals will happen in their own accord without any effort from you, that would be you being delusional.

To your big dreams you need to add a corresponding amount of resilience, commitment and discipline which will help you grow capacity to achieve them and they will become a perfect fit.

Three days ago, I read a post of Victor Okafor about how he wrote a prophecy into his 10 month future self and gave a review of how he had achieved much more and he was sharing it about two years later. Reading that post shifted something inside of me!

The endless possibilities of “I can do all things…” and most of us say that often yet we create a barrier, a benchmark serving a the limitation to the all things we didn’t really believe we could do even with God strengthen us to do them.

I’m nothing going to pressure you to go and write 100millions things you want to do just write one and start doing it immediately.

I’ve made the decision that I will be staying consistent and showing up regularly with value and this post is a proof that I’m doing it.

Oyaaaaa, it’s time to start purchasing oversized again but this time not in clothes and shoes but in goals and dreams.

Dream big because you can make it big like Femi Otedola did.

At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.
