<p>One thought becomes two. Two becomes ten. And suddenly, you're stuck inside your own thoughts.</p><p>Have you ever thought so much about something that you ended up more confused than when you started?</p><p></p><p>We all take our time to think and reason before taking decisions </p><p>We learn and think about what we learned for it to settle properly in the permanent memory.</p><p>We see, we hear and we feel but we still need the brain to do some meditation to retain all of it </p><p></p><p>We rise up, freshen up, dress up, take our meals, go out to work, return, eat, pray, sleep and restart the same routine the next day.</p><p>We learn, unlearn, relearn, speak, listen, see, walk, jump and do a lot of things all in one life.</p><p>Now, how do you expect me not to think after all of this?</p><p></p><p>We win, fail, succeed, fall, grow, face challenges, overcome, fall sick, recover and get educated.</p><p>The summary of all this is that there are a lot of things to think about even without coming close to responsibility to ourselves, family, relatives, society and nation at large.</p><p></p><p>Now come with me, there are how many aspects of a man's life? Let me count: Physical, academic, medical, financial, social, psychological and spiritual if you believe.</p><p>Can these aspects be balanced?</p><p>Now a lot of motivational speeches and facts advice to take your rest and sleep seriously while others advice to take work into more consideration, do we know how to actually balance it?</p><p>You can be an intelligent student and still have a low grade in school, what can we say about this?</p><p>You can drink water as a naturally occurring and nutritious element and still fall sick either because you drank too little or too much. </p><p><br/></p><p>Now, tell me why I should not overthink?</p><p>I am not talking from a depressed state now don't get me wrong, just want to hear our contributions and possible solutions.</p>
