<p>Hi there! Don't worry this isn't a horror cliffhanger, it's something real.</p><p><br/></p><p> To be absolutely sincere, I get overwhelmed a lot and I know so many do too. So, I want us to sit together and chat; you know, like friends. </p><p><br/></p><p>Something I've come to realize is that whether you're optimistic or not, this world has a way to add a sprinkle of pessimism.</p><p><br/></p><p>Why does everyone on social media seem to be very successful?</p><p><br/></p><p>On the other hand, you seem to be lagging behind. </p><p><br/></p><p>I know how that feels friend, trust me, I know.</p><p><br/></p><p>You know what? Here are 3 things you should know:</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>1. You're not lagging behind: have you taken that first step?. Have you started that story?. Have you started eating healthy?. Then, you're not lagging behind.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>2. Don't be afraid: the task at hand may be daunting, seem impossible, or too challenging. Ask for help. You can't always do things alone. Work with someone that is ready to assist; to take the load off your shoulders.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>3. It's okay to not be okay: take the needed breaks, go offline, take a walk with your pet, have a snack, meditate, breathe in… and out… Everything will be fine.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>Take that first step; this would be one of the scariest aspects other than actually doing the task. Before you start, highlight your goals, be determined, focus on working smart, and avoid distractions.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>I tell you, YOU CAN DO IT!. Start, be determined, focus, pray(yes, pray) and everything will work out well. If it doesn't, you can always be confident that you gave it a shot and that you did your best.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p>There's no prize for first to be successful, first to be fit, first to be rich, first to be famous, etc. I know they like to make it seem like life is a competition but it's really not. The only real competition is against yourself. </p><p><br/></p><p>So, apply for that job, go for that interview, write that story.</p><p><br/></p><p>"What if I fail?" What if you don't?. Take that first step!. YOU CAN DO IT!</p><p><br/></p>
At the end of the month, we give out prizes in 3 categories: Best Content, Top Engagers and
Most Engaged Content.
Best Content
Top Engagers
Most Engaged Content
Best Content
We give out cash prizes to between 7 and 20 community members with the best insights in the past month.
The winners are picked by an in-house selection process.
The winners are NOT picked from the leaderboards/rankings, we choose winners based on the quality, originality
and insightfulness of their content.
Here are a few other things to know for the Best Content track
1
Quality over Quantity — You stand a higher chance of winning by publishing a few really good insights across the entire month,
rather than a lot of low-quality, spammy posts.
2
Share original, authentic, and engaging content that clearly reflects your voice, thoughts, and opinions.
3
Avoid using AI to generate content—use it instead to correct grammar, improve flow, enhance structure, and boost clarity.
4
Explore audio content—high-quality audio insights can significantly boost your chances of standing out.
5
Use eye-catching cover images—if your content doesn't attract attention, it's less likely to be read or engaged with.
6
Share your content in your social circles to build engagement around it.

We pick the top 3.
The winners are picked using the "Top Monthly Contributors" tab on the rankings page.
Contributor Rankings
The Rankings/Leaderboard shows the Top 20 contributors and engagers on TwoCents a monthly and all-time basis
— as well as the most active colleges (users attending/that attended those colleges)
The all-time contributors ranking is based on the Contributor Score, which is a measure of all the engagement and exposure a contributor's content receives.
The monthly contributors ranking tracks performance of a user's insights for the current month. The monthly and all-time scores are calcuated DIFFERENTLY.
This page also shows the top engagers on an all-time & monthly basis.
